Paul has almost 30 years of experience as a Chartered Surveyor.
Twenty years in Mayfair with industry luminaries’ such as CBRE (Hillier Parker) and Edgerley Simpson Howe are now fond memories and Paul’s efforts are now focused on all aspects of commercial and residential development in Surrey and the southern home counties.
Along the way, as founding partner Paul has helped lead Levanter into a multitude of 'outside the box' projects including the purchase of debt and equity in both the UK and Europe. This has included owning neighbourhood shopping centres and consulting on “one-off” debt advisory projects such as restructuring the debt and equity at Battersea Power Station.
“Specialist subjects” now include retirement living, town centre and gateway mixed use sites and long term strategic land plays.
When not working and slimming Paul enjoys time spent with wife Jo, children Ned and Evie, and as often as possible skiing, fishing, sailing, golfing and shootin’!!
